• Store Data Privacy: We respect the privacy of each individual store's data and take measures to ensure that data belonging to one store remains inaccessible to other stores, unless explicitly made public by the store owner. Store-specific information, such as sales reports, employee data, and store information (address, phone number, social links), is accessible only by the authorized personnel associated with that particular store. Store owners have the option to make their store's information publicly viewable by checking the "make my store viewable to the public" setting in their brand settings on the dashboard.
• Data Sharing: We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to third-party businesses without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms and conditions.

Please note that while we take reasonable precautions to secure your data, no method of data transmission or storage can guarantee complete security. We continuously monitor and update our security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

By selecting this option in your dashboard settings, your store and its associated information will only remain as a record accessible to authorized administrators within our company.
• Applicability to Indonesian Consumers: Our app is primarily targeted for Indonesian consumers/market, and this privacy policy is designed to comply with the relevant laws and regulations in Indonesia. By using our app, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information in accordance with Indonesian privacy laws.
• Not Intended for Children: Our app is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13.
